Minor flap necrosis occurred in one patient and simple lower eyelid ectropion in another. CONCLUSION. Nasolabial V-Y advancement flap is a simple and satisfactory alternative for closing relatively large defects in the midface when compared with other methods such as skin graft and rotation or transposition flaps. It is easy to design, reliable, and offers good cosmetic results.
