Özet
A 22-year-old woman with recurrent swelling and tenderness when eating in the left submandibular region had salivary gland scintigraphy. This showed marked stasis after lemon-juice stimulation of the left submandibular gland. This finding suggested obstruction of the left Wharton duct. Digital subtraction sialography and CT clearly showed that the apparent stasis in the left submandibular region was caused by a giant Wharton duct pseudodiverticulum.
