Peak demand causes imbalance between demand and production and additional costs in grids and energy communities (EC). Due to their structure, hospitals are constantly in use by a large number of people and their energy needs are different from household buildings. EC are subsystems consisting of specific electrical loads, electricity generation and storage systems. This study uses solar panels as a source with the grid, which appeal to both domestic and commercial users. In EC, which consists of a total of 375 households, a hospital with a capacity of 709 beds, 107 electric vehicle charging stations and a battery group with an installed power of 300 kW and a capacity of 591 kWh in the hospital, peak demand reduction is provided through energy management and scenarios are created according to hourly changing dynamic grid prices, resulting costs are compared. There are 303 residential; 215 commercial type solar panels installed in the EC. EC operates constantly connected to the grid under investigation.
