Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiyede, İktisada Giriş ders kitaplarının yüz yıllık bir süre içinde nasıl gelişmegösterdiklerini incelemektir. Bu amaçla, Osmanlının son döneminden günümüze, 40ı aşkın iktisada girişders kitabı taranmıştır. Ders kitaplarının değerlendirilmesi, bir iktisada giriş kitabının taşıması gerekenözellikleri sorgulamak amacıyla oluşturulan sorulara dayanarak yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Türkiyedeiktisada giriş ders kitabı yazımının, Türkiyede kapitalizmin gelişiminden ve bu gelişim sürecinde uygulanan iktisat politikalarından etkilendiği söylenebilir. Özellikle günümüzde ders kitapları sadece Neo-klasikanlayışa yer vermekte ve diğer iktisadi düşünceleri görmezden gelmektedir.
The main goal of this study is to examine how Introduction to Economics textbooks have been madeprogress in a hundred year period in Turkey. For this purpose, from last term of Ottoman Empire untiltoday, more than 40 textbooks of Introduction to Economics has been scanned. Textbooks have beenevaluated based on the questions which were constituted for questioning the features of an introduction toeconomics textbook should have. Consequently, it can be stated that writing of introduction to economicstextbook in Turkey has been affected by the development of capitalism in Turkey and the economic poli -cies implemented during that development. Especially the textbooks of the present time, give place onlyto sense of Neo-classical economics and ignore the other senses of economic thought.
